“The dwarfs found out how to turn lead into gold by doing it the hard way. The difference between that and the easy way is that the hard way works.” – Terry Pratchett
It’s hard to get the news from blogs, but no one’s
Ever died from lack of what is found there.
Once obese, journalism groaned
And said “I think I’ll just sit down right here”
And bloggers came and with good reason feasted,
Taking lights and liver, heart and eyes,
Reducing everything they ate to feces,
Their sole return, a breeding ground for flies.
When you unleash machines that amplify
The narcissistic selfregard of children
On a people sick to death of lies,
Don’t be surprised at what they think they’re building.
Whether printing press or bits and bytes,
Ain’t it just a bitch to get it right?
