This has been in the making for decades. Dead Man’s Island alone has been in dispute since the 80’s. Since I’ve always had my eye on it for my Bond Villain Lair, I know these things.

    Time to put these people in their place. They contribute very little to society and even less to their own standard of living. Review the original treaties and abide by the conditions set out there. There is no value added to the original contract.
