This is as Occupy as it gets. Taking a vote on it before acting. AND ONLY THE PROTESTORS PRESENT GET TO VOTE. It’s fair, to my mind. You participate, you get to influence outcomes. You stay home voluntarily instead of getting involved, you are livestock and you don’t get to vote.
